Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer requirements
- Set sales goals and implement effective sales strategies
- Actively seek and develop new sales opportunities
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and BOQs
- Achieve monthly sales targets • Plan, schedule, monitor, and coordinate engineering projects, services, and sales activities, especially related to industrial water pumps
- Provide technical support, resolve issues, and attend breakdowns when required
- Coordinate and monitor external contractors and in-house technicians
- Ensure compliance and operational standards across projects, services, and sales activities
- Update project, service, and sales activity status reports to the immediate supervisor
- Promote newly identified products and solutions related to the industry
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Marketing (Diploma will be an added advantage)
- Higher National Diploma in Engineering will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
- Strong technical and client communication skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Valid driving/riding license
