MANAGER PRODUCTION
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Manager - Production to lead our factory operations and drive productivity, quality, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing and production operations to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet customer deadlines and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and develop production teams while maintaining high employee engagement and discipline.
- Ensure proper people handling, workflow coordination, and performance management.
- Monitor machine utilization, production KPIs, wastage control, and operational costs.
- Maintain workplace safety, quality assurance, and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and planning departments for smooth operations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team training skills.
- Excellent operational oversight and problem-solving abilities.
- Manage and train workforce for smooth operations effectively.
- Sound knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety practices.
