We are a leading manufacturing company looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Executive / Production Manager to join our team and support our expanding production operations.
Requirements & Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG, or converting industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle extended working hours when required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage production teams and achieve daily production targets.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Production Management and ISO Standards will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy and reporting skills also will be an advantage.
- Language preferred: Sinhala & English
- Strong communication and leadership skills
