Officer - Business Development (Battery Division)
Location: Colombo / Kurunegala
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell motorcycle batteries and tyres to existing and potential customers
- Execute sales promotions, branding, and marketing activities
- Achieve assigned sales and recovery targets while ensuring zero overdue collections
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
- Monitor dealer performance and provide guidance and support
- Identify and appoint new dealers based on market opportunities
- Coordinate stock availability and logistics with relevant teams
- Handle customer and dealer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues
- Conduct market research on customer behavior, competitor activities, and industry trends
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or dealer management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
