We are looking for a dynamic Senior Insurance Executive to ensure smooth underwriting operations and support our business growth.

What you bring

• Degree or Diploma in insurance, Business management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Underwriting or insurance operations will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the similar role.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines, processes, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.

What you do

• Ensure smooth functioning of the underwriting unit and follow all governance guidelines.
• Provide timely management information and maintain service standards.
• Achieve allocated GWP targets while managing loss ratios.
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain strong relationships with marketing channels.
• Support and guide the underwriting team, including on-the-job training and people development.
