WE'RE LOOKING FOR

LECTURER-CYBER SECURITY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Cyber Security related subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, assignments, and examination papers.
• Conduct student assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Supervise student projects, research activities, and laboratory sessions.
• Support curriculum development and continuous academic improvements.
• Maintain accurate academic records and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, and administrative tasks.
• Stay updated with current industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Cyber Security.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security or a related field.
• Master’s qualification in Cyber Security or a related specialization.
• Minimum 2-3 years of industry and/or teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Cloud Security, and Digital Forensics.
• Familiarity with Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, Fortinet, or Palo Alto technologies would be an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CEH, Security+, CISSP, or CISM would be preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, and student management skills.
• Prior higher education teaching experience would be an added advantage.
