JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Theater Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cinema in the Rathnapura area. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth operations, staff management, and overall profitability of the theater.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in theater/cinema management or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and theater management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the entertainment industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily theater operations to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
- Ensure revenue targets are met through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor theater performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and security standards.
