Assistant Manager – Learning and Employee Engagement
Job Overview
You will support and drive the firm’s learning, development, and engagement agendas. This role plays a key part in delivering high-impact training programs, strengthening digital learning platforms, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and employee well-being across the organization. Working closely with business leaders, global L&D teams, and external partners, you will ensure that learning initiatives are aligned with business priorities and global talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the Learning & Development and Employee Engagement strategy aligned with business and global standards
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programs including scheduling, logistics, vendors, and learning materials
- Manage training calendars, mandatory learning pathways, and update all activities in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Partner with business leaders and global L&D teams to assess learning needs and deliver relevant solutions
- Support leadership, high-potential, internship, and management trainee programs
- Drive digital and blended learning initiatives through internal platforms and tools
- Collect and analyse training feedback and prepare learning effectiveness reports
- Support employee engagement initiatives, onboarding programs, and firm-wide events
- Assist with L&D budgeting, vendor invoices, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, information security, and quality standards
Qualifications
- 4-5 years experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master’s or L&D certification is an advantage)
- Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for learning, innovation, and employee engagement
