About the role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and firm activities
- Help maintain and organize legal and administrative documents
- Support communication between clients, attorneys, and other staff
- Perform general office and coordination duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of secondary education (A/L or equivalent)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Computer literacy & basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and maintain professionalism
Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant
About the role
We are looking for a reliable, well-organized, and personable Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The role involves handling front desk responsibilities, attending to visitors and calls, managing basic administrative tasks, assisting with office coordination, and ensuring office procedures run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front desk duties and attend to visitors and telephone inquiries
- Coordinate with service providers and support office operations
- Handle data entry, email correspondence, and record updates
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (both written and verbal)
- Well-organized with basic time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
