We are looking for a Digital Enablement Strategist to drive enterprise-wide digital enablement initiatives across customer journeys, claims, underwriting, sales & distribution, and finance.
What you do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital enablement strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across core business functions, including customer experience, claims, underwriting, sales, and finance.
- Drive innovation through AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure regulatory readiness, compliance, and governance across all digital initiatives.
- Own business adoption, change management, and value realization of digital solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, IT, vendors, and regional stakeholders to deliver end-to-end digital outcomes.
What you bring
- MBA, MSc or professional qualification in Business Management, IT, AI, or related field.
- At least 6 years of experience within the insurance industry or a similar sector.
- Strong understanding of digital enablement, transformation, and change management.
- Exposure to AI and experience in insurance or financial services will be an added advantage.
