Access Engineering PLC, the leading value engineering solutions provider in Sri Lanka is pleased to invite applicants for the following positions (site based) for the Central Expressway Project III – Phase 2.
Planning Engineer
- BSc in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
- Registered with ECSL and hold membership/registration with IESL, with a valid registration number to be produced at interview.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Highway and Major Roads sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Coordinate with site engineers, survey teams, sub-contractors, and consultants to collect progress data.
- Ensure project activities comply with contractual timelines and specifications.
- Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related technical support.
Civil Engineer
- BSc in Civil Engineering/ Highway Engineering from a recognized University.
- Registered with ECSL and hold membership/registration with IESL, with a valid registration number to be produced at interview.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in Highway and Major Roads sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities related to roads, bridges, drainage, and pavement works.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, survey teams, and site staff for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
The ideal Candidate should be a team player, have positive Interpersonal and Communication skills with the willingness to work extended hours when necessary. Familiarity with modern technological advancements will be an added advantage. Career development prospects awaits for the chosen candidate.
