As we launch into an aggressive phase of market expansion, we are hunting for a visionary Performance Marketing Executive to lead our digital growth engine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the end-to-end performance marketing ecosystem across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and corporate WhatsApp community platforms.
- Manage and optimize media spend to consistently improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including ROAS, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Implement advanced audience segmentation, strategic A/B testing, and high-performance lead generation frameworks to convert digital intent into measurable business growth.
- Apply modern digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SMO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and structured email marketing campaigns.
- Utilize advanced analytics, dashboard infrastructure, and AI-driven tools to transform campaign data into clear, actionable business intelligence for executive decision-making.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two (02) years of proven experience in digital and performance marketing, supported by a portfolio of successfully executed campaigns.
- Strong technical proficiency in digital platform algorithms, campaign optimization strategies, and modern AI-powered productivity tools.
- Exceptional analytical, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively.
