WE ARE LOOKING FOR Stores Executive

  • Location: Kurunegala

Job Summary

  • Oversee 3PL-managed warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and statutory requirements
  • Monitor stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, space utilization, productivity, and documentation discipline across warehouse activities
  • Manage end-to-end distribution planning and execution, including route optimization, vehicle sourcing, and delivery scheduling
  • Track vehicle deployment, in-transit deliveries, on-time performance, and manage escalations when delays occur
  • Ensure accurate invoice preparation and dispatch documentation, coordinating with Customer Service, Finance, and Sales teams
  • Control warehouse and distribution costs by identifying productivity improvements and optimization opportunities
  • Drive Health, Safety, Quality, and Compliance standards, including audits, damage reduction, and CAPA follow-ups
  • Conduct regular operational reviews with the 3PL, driving corrective actions and continuous improvements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse and/or distribution operation
  • Experience managing or working with 3PLs
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office package and ERP systems
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
