LOTTERY DATA VERIFICATION OFFICER

DPJ Holdings is a leading Sri Lankan conglomerate with over 25 years of operations. As a tech-driven organization, we are strengthening operational discipline across our Label Printing, Lottery Printing, and newly equipped Offset & Packaging divisions.

THE ROLE:

We are creating a new mid-level role to own the critical data verification gate for all lottery jobs. You will be responsible for verifying every data file before it reaches press, signing off every consignment prior to dispatch, logging post-dispatch issues, and continuously improving verification procedures in collaboration with the Barcode Division and Assistant Manager – QA. This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility to senior management. Reports to the Lottery Operations Manager

WHAT WE NEED:

• 3+ years of experience in QC, data verification, or pre-press operations (printing/packaging background preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to documentation
• Comfortable enforcing strict “no sign-off, no print” standards
• Confident working with PDF data files and performing spreadsheet-based validation checks
• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with production and QA teams
