PRODUCTION PLANNER / SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

DPJ Holdings is a leading Sri Lankan conglomerate with over 25 years of operations. As a tech-driven organization, we are strengthening operational discipline across our Label Printing, Lottery Printing, and newly equipped Offset & Packaging divisions.

THE ROLE:

We are creating a new Production Planner / Scheduling Coordinator role to take full ownership of the weekly production schedule across our three manufacturing sections. You will serve as the single point of coordination between the customer order book and the factory floor — acknowledging orders, building and maintaining the weekly plan, raising early slippage flags, and leading the weekly schedule review meetings. This role offers the opportunity to design and improve planning processes from the ground up. Reports to the GM/COO.

WHAT WE NEED:

• 3+ years of hands-on production planning or scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong skills in Excel and planning/BI tools, with the ability to build and maintain planning models
• Proven ability to hold section managers accountable to delivery dates while maintaining collaborative relationships
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Structured thinker with strong organizational and communication skills
