JOB PROFILE
- Assist in processing Health and Life Claims efficiently and accurately
- Handle customer complaints and queries ensuring timely and professional responses
- Provide feedback & updates to the management on claim related matters
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers, partners and all other stakeholders
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Completion of G.C.E. A/Ls
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
- Reading for a Degree/Diploma from recognized university will be an added advantage
