Job Profile
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Support and coordinate Quality Assurance activities at the factory to ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain product quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports related to productivity, wastage, and operational performance.
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
Personal Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations, preferably in the Agro sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and quality management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational activities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
