EnCare SISILI HANARO ENCARE (PVT) LTD
YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE
- Maintaining and organizing service records, including ship services, port clearances, and related documentation
- Handling billing, payments, and maintaining accurate financial and operational records
- Coordinating with shipping agents, port authorities, clients, and internal teams for smooth operations
- Managing vessel schedules, service requests, and operational updates
- Assisting with reports, audits, inspections, and internal reviews
- Providing on-site support during port operations, inspections, and meetings
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Environmental Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferably with relevant experience in documentation management, logistics operations, port related activities, or administrative coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work in late hours and visiting external ports outside Colombo.
