HR Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly professional individual to join our organisation as an HR Manager. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, sound knowledge of Sri Lankan employment laws and HR best practices, and the ability to effectively manage human resources functions while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities
- Sound knowledge of the laws governing employment in Sri Lanka and accepted employment practices and norms.
- Strong leadership and persuasive skills to effectively manage and interact with employees at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal professionally with a diverse workforce.
- High level of ethics, self-discipline, and integrity, serving as a role model within the organisation.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and organisational matters.
- Strong empathy and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and evaluate all sides of a situation fairly.
- Ability to understand, appreciate, and maintain the organisational structure, while advising management on possible gaps or anomalies.
Additional Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource Management, preferably within a corporate or fast-paced business environment.
- Good knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, HR administration, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and reporting capabilities.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with HR/payroll systems will be an added advantage.
Salary
- Remuneration will be negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
