About the Role
Join our team as a Centre Coordinator and support a growing educational environment dedicated to helping children succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle parent inquiries and phone calls
- Follow up on enrolment enquiries
- Communicate with parents and students
- Follow up on class fee payments
- Maintain student records and data entry
- Support general administration and coordination
Requirements
- Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification
- Fluent in English and Sinhala
- Basic computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Email
- Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous admin or customer service experience preferred
