About the Role

Join our team as a Centre Coordinator and support a growing educational environment dedicated to helping children succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle parent inquiries and phone calls
  • Follow up on enrolment enquiries
  • Communicate with parents and students
  • Follow up on class fee payments
  • Maintain student records and data entry
  • Support general administration and coordination

Requirements

  • Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification
  • Fluent in English and Sinhala
  • Basic computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Email
  • Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Previous admin or customer service experience preferred
