Role Brief

To promote pharmaceutical brands, build strong healthcare relationships, and drive sales through effective territory planning, scientific detailing, and performance tracking.

Competencies

  • Qualified in G.C.E. Advanced Level, preferably in the Science stream
  • Diploma in Science, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or other related fields
  • Full or part qualification in SLIM/CIM will be considered an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical marketing and product promotions
  • Possesses excellent communication skills in English
  • Flexible and willing to work in any part of the country
  • An energetic, self-motivated team player with a passion for success

Scope & Responsibilities

  • Promote assigned pharmaceutical brands to healthcare professionals by achieving sales targets and conducting product detailing with strong scientific knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers through regular follow-ups, clinic visits, and hospital rounds while delivering up-to-date medical information
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan including doctor lists, routing schedules, and visit frequency while monitoring competitor activities
  • Prepare and submit daily call reports and sales data; actively participate in cycle meetings, training programs, and product launches while ensuring proper inventory management and distribution coordination
