JOB SUMMARY
Assist in the procurement process by supporting purchasing activities, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services required for the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, spare parts, and services
- Prepare purchase orders and support follow up with suppliers
- Obtain quotations and assist in comparisons
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries and payments
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Support inventory and stock management activities
- Liaise with internal departments to fulfill procurement needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Passed G.C.E. A/L
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Excel)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in procurement or related field will be an advantage
- Age below 26
