BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth? Do you possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building strong client relationships? If so, we want you on our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • B2B Business Development & New Sales Target Achievement
  • Partnerships & Event Representation
  • Proposal Preparation for new partnerships
  • Existing Client Monthly Check-ins & client visits (min. once per year)
  • Prospective Client Follow-Up

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Professional qualifications like CIM/SLIM will be an added advantage).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Strong leadership qualities and a goal-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
