THE ROLE

We are looking for someone who is well-spoken, punctual, organised, and comfortable using basic computer systems and basic knowledge in motor trade. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic wellness environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Support day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming calls and client inquiries professionally
  • Maintain a professional front office environment
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • GCE O/L or A/L qualification
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • MS Office
    • Email handling
  • Pleasant personality and professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow
