Looking for an all-rounder with experience in the construction projects.
PROJECT QUANTITY SURVEYOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Costs associated with a construction project, including materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses.
- Prepare internal payment applications, bills of quantities, which itemize the quantities and costs of materials and labor required for a construction project.
- Certify contractor payment applications, ensuring that they accurately reflect the work completed and materials supplied.
- Monitor costs and expenditures, identifying any variances from the budget and implementing cost-saving measures when necessary.
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and do not exceed the allocated budget.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or NCT/HND qualified.
- Professional membership (e.g., IQSSL) is an advantage.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in highway, road, and building projects.
- Knowledge of preparing Intern payment applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Should have good knowledge of the conditions of the contract and their application.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
