Senior Project Manager
(Western Province)
Requirements:
- Chartered qualification with a B.Sc. in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in the construction industry in a similar capacity, including at least 10 years as a Project Manager in large-scale building projects.
- Overseas project experience will be considered an added advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction activities and project execution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate and supervise Project Managers and site teams
