EXECUTIVE – FINANCE

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee control accounts
- Provide support to prepare Monthly financial reports and annual financial statements
- Assist in updating annual budget
- Computing applicable taxes and maintaining timely tax compliances
- Maintaining Fixed assets register including asset capitalization, disposal and monthly depreciation process
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Assist with audits and tax filings
- Support finance process automation and digital transformation initiatives
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from a recognized university or partial qualification in CA
- Member of AAT – Sri Lanka
- Minimum 3 – 4 years’ experience
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Hands-on experience in ERP will be an added advantage
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Good communication skills in written and verbal in both Sinhala and English with positive working attitude
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team and meet deadline with minimum supervision
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Good team player
- Age below 25 – 35 years
