- Should have minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant Manager/Branch Manager in banking or non-banking financial institution.
- Experience in Fund Mobilization, Commercial/ Personal Lending with an excellent track record in Recovery Mechanism is expected.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Banking / Finance / Management or professional qualification in CIM/SLIM or equivalent is an advantage.
- Should be capable of achieving all set targets successfully.
- Good leadership qualities and ability to efficiently lead a team of approximately ten.
- Excellent PR & Negotiation skills.
