Manager – Finance
The Job:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial management expertise and experience in the garment/apparel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation monthly/annual financial statements
- Responsible for audit and compliance requirements
- Responsible for budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis and provide business insights for decision making
- Work with IT teams on automations and improvement
- Ability to manage a team and co-ordinate with functional teams
- Highly skilled in excel and other microsoft packages
Qualifications:
- Professional qualification in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in finance, preferably in the garment industry.
- Strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
