Manager-Engineer (Anuradhapura)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Oversee day-to-day engineering and technical operations of the factory
• Ensure smooth functioning of machinery, equipment maintenance, and preventive maintenance planning
• Lead and supervise the engineering team to achieve production targets
• Implement improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety
• Coordinate with management regarding operational planning and resource allocation
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standard

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or related field)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar managerial/engineering role
• Strong knowledge in factory operations, machinery maintenance, and production processes
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
