Intern - Paraplanning (Aus Calendar - AUS Shift)
H Connect International is a leading BPO company offering outsourcing services to clients based in the US, UK, Canada & Australia. We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are looking for an Intern – Paraplanning to join our team. This role involves supporting financial planning by analysing client data, researching market trends, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with advisers and paraplanners to ensure effective client service and informed financial recommendations.
The Job:
- Assist in analyzing client financial information—such as assets, income, liabilities, and investments—to support the creation of financial plans under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Help research and evaluate financial data, market trends, and investment options to support advisers with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Support the maintenance of accurate client records, reports, and documentation in line with internal standards and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with advisers and paraplanners to understand client needs and help respond to client questions or information requests.
Requirements:
- Following a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Strong focus on accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all deliverables.
- Ability to identify potential risks or process inefficiencies and contribute to solutions and improvements.
- Must be able to work Australian business hours
