The Job:
- Conduct property valuations accurately and professionally, ensuring high-quality reporting standards.
- Liaise with clients, respond to enquiries promptly, and manage valuation instructions with minimal supervision.
- Develop strong knowledge of local property markets, legal case law, and industry trends to support valuation work.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive, well-organized valuation records and documentation.
- Meet strict deadlines while adhering to internal procedures, best practices, and confidentiality standards.
- Utilize valuation tools and office technology effectively to support service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather market insights and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Support and supervise junior staff while assisting senior leadership as required.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients to uphold trust, confidentiality, and the firm’s reputation.
- Commit to continuous professional development (CPD) in line with RICS standards and organizational requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate or RICS-accredited discipline, with MRICS or RICS Registered Valuer certification preferred.
- At least 8 years experience in commercial property valuation, preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical, report writing, and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of regional market practices, regulations, and business culture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and valuation software such as Argus Enterprise or Estate Master.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel as required.
