We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Assistant to join our team and support the transport function by ensuring smooth coordination of vehicle-related operations, timely follow-up on transport requirements, and accurate maintenance of related records across the fleet.
TRANSPORT ASSISTANT
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and follow up on vehicle insurance renewals and related documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on vehicle fuel consumption and maintain relevant records.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs, servicing, and general maintenance to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain transport-related documentation and update records accurately.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the transport function.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS
- Minimum 01 year of experience in fleet management, transport operations, or a related field.
- Diploma or professional qualification in Transportation Management, Logistics Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
