SENIOR EXECUTIVE - RECOVERY & COLLECTION

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Executive – Recovery & Collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recovery and collection activities for overdue accounts
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements
• Maintain accurate collection records and reports
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding outstanding balances
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recovery, collections, or credit control
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills
