Responsibilities
- Achieve the sales/distribution targets of the assigned area/region distribution.
- Recruit, train and manage a sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Appoint distributors, monitor, and manage to ensure consistent growth in sales/profitability.
- Manage the area/region to ensure long term growth and sustainability.
- Gather, analyze, and monitor field information to develop the business.
Requirements
- Males in the age group of 30 – 35 years.
- Passed the G.C.E (ordinary level) exam with credit passes in English and Mathematics with professional qualifications in Sales/Marketing Management with a sound appreciation for numbers.
- Have a minimum of 10 years field sales experience of which a minimum of 2 years should be in the consumer products/hardware/electrical business in a reputed organisation preferably in the capacity of Area Sales Manager.
- Will ing to base in any part of the country; Possession of a valid driving license to engage in the job.
- Good IT and presentation skills.
