TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE
Join Our Team
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Executive to join our growing team.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and application software.
- Assist in managing the Office internal network, including troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues.
- Perform hardware diagnoses and repairs on POS (Point of Sale) machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair 80mm and 58mm thermal receipt printers.
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using AnyDesk and UltraViewer.
- Responsible for maintaining the Repair Service Work Order for efficient service management and documentation.
- Responsible for issuing Repair Quotations for repairable machines.
