PERSONAL ASSISTANTS TO THE MANAGING DIRECTOR

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Coordinate Board Meetings, Audit Meetings, AGMs, and other business meetings.
  • Prepare professional emails, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Organize meeting logistics including schedules, documents, IT set ups, and refreshments.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks assigned by the Managing Director.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a Secretarial or Administrative role will be considered an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role would be advantageous.
