Quantity Surveyor

We are a well-established, ISO certified processing company, engages in production, processing and marketing of wide range of chicken products under “Delmo” brand. Due to expansion of our operations we are seeking the services of following professionals to support our growth.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support our ongoing construction and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Handle interim payments, advance payments, final bills, and variations
• Conduct quantity take-offs and site measurements
• Monitor project costs and budgets
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Evaluate contractors & subcontractor claims and payments
• Ensure cost control and project profitability

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree / HND / NCT in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of construction contracts and costing
• Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
