Locations: Matara, Kurunegala, Anuradhapura

Responsibilities:

• Assist branch staffs in managing customer disputes.
• Visit branches to handle issues.
• Be the catalyst between branches and central operations
• Handle escalated or high-value claims and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on claims activities.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Completion of G.C.E Advanced level or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance claims handling or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claim procedures and documentations.
• Good communication and customer service skills and ability to investigate and analyze claims effectively.
• Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and claims management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
