We are seeking a responsible and organized General Affairs Department Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities of the project office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle office administration and daily coordination tasks.
  • Manage staff attendance, accommodation, transportation, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate with local authorities, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Assist in document preparation, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Support HR and project teams with administrative arrangements.
  • Organize meetings and general office operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or general affairs.
  • Good English communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
