We are seeking a responsible and organized General Affairs Department Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities of the project office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office administration and daily coordination tasks.
- Manage staff attendance, accommodation, transportation, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with local authorities, suppliers, and service providers.
- Assist in document preparation, filing, and record maintenance.
- Support HR and project teams with administrative arrangements.
- Organize meetings and general office operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or general affairs.
- Good English communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
