Call Center Executive

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Online Department as Call Center Executives.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English Chinese, Urdu & Bangla languages
  • Fair knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Handle online customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Communicate effectively with international customers
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Assist the team in providing excellent customer service
