WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.........

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in English
• Excellent Planning, Coordination, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Good report-writing and computer skills (MS Office)
• Strong proposal writing and project development skills
• Experience in project monitoring, reporting, and budget management
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism
• Willingness to travel and work in the field when required
