SENIOR EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER SUPPORT & RETENTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up with customers to ensure smooth setup and activation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and track pending items
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely service delivery
  • Support customers in understanding platform features and basic usage (PBX, Contact Center, Omni, CRM etc.)
  • Monitor customer activities, identify inactive or low usage customers and follow up them to increase system usage and engagement
  • Assist in organizing trainings, demos and customer communication
  • Maintain records and identify upsell opportunities

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer support, coordination or customer account handling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
  • Good public relations (PR) and customer handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of IT / Telecom systems and possession of an IT diploma or equivalent will be an added advantage
