SENIOR EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER SUPPORT & RETENTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow up with customers to ensure smooth setup and activation
- Coordinate with internal teams and track pending items
- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely service delivery
- Support customers in understanding platform features and basic usage (PBX, Contact Center, Omni, CRM etc.)
- Monitor customer activities, identify inactive or low usage customers and follow up them to increase system usage and engagement
- Assist in organizing trainings, demos and customer communication
- Maintain records and identify upsell opportunities
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support, coordination or customer account handling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
- Good public relations (PR) and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of IT / Telecom systems and possession of an IT diploma or equivalent will be an added advantage
