HEAD OF QUANTITY SURVEY
Delmege Interior Decor, a leader in premium interior solutions under the Delmege Group, is on the lookout for a results-driven and visionary Head of Quantity Surveying to lead our dynamic QS team. This pivotal role will champion cost excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic financial control across our interior and furniture projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Quantity Surveying team to ensure effective cost planning and control.
- Oversee project cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Implement best practices and SOPs in cost management and procurement.
- Liaise with management, clients, consultants, and contractors on cost-related matters.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify financial risks across projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying would be added advantage.
- Should be chartered Quantity Surveyor.
- 15 years' experience in the furniture or interior industry.
- Experience furniture costing would be added advantage.
- Strong expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and procurement.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
