QUANTITY SURVEY & DRAFTMAN VACANCIES
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and tender procedures.
- Experience in commercial, hospitality, residential interior projects and steel structure works.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS-related software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
DRAFTMAN
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / NVQ / Degree in Drafting or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in Interior Designing & Layout Drawing.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & similar drafting tools.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & BOQ documents.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
