We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, dynamic and hardworking individuals to be a part of our team for below mentioned position.

JUNIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE – FIELD RECOVERY

Location – Head Office, Panadura, Kurunegala, Kandy

The selected candidate will be responsible for,

• Conduct field visits to recover overdue, delinquent and loan accounts in assigned locations.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers to achieve recovery targets.
• Identify high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate recovery actions, including legal referrals when required.
• Maintain accurate field visit reports, recovery records, and customer documentation in line with company policies.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Qualification in Finance or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar job role.
• Sound knowledge of recovery procedures, lending products, and basic legal aspects related to debt recovery.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• IT literacy.
• Should be methodical, result oriented and should possess the capability of working under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining high level of integrity.
