TRANSPORT EXECUTIVE
n
We are looking for a transport executive to coordinate and execute transport operations between projects and machine/ vehicle hiring division.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n- Plan and execute daily vehicle schedules and transport operations.
n- Allocate vehicles to meet operational needs.
n- Carry out vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
n- Coordinate and communicate with drivers & helpers.
n- Ensure smooth transport operation through proper coordination with project staff.
n- Fulfill various transportation needs to meet diverse project requirements.
n- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, licencing, insurance and environmental guidelines and standards.
n- Investigate and manage transport related incidents insurance claims etc.
n- Handle documentation associated with transport operations.
n- Prepare transport performance reports and recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
n
n- Degree or Diploma in Transport Management, Logistics or a related field.
n- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role preferably related to construction industry.
n- Having people management and leadership skills with ability to coordinate and supervise operational teams.
n- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
n- Knowledge on vehicle maintenance, conducting physical vehicle inspections.
n- Communicating and coordinating maintenance requirements with relevant teams / workshops.
n- Experience of handling invoicing and related documentation processes.
n- Experience of analysing transport related data and prepare reports for management updates.
n
