WE'RE HIRING

PROCUREMENT & WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and manage day-to-day procurement requirements of internal departments.
• Develop and maintain a reliable supplier network for plant and operational needs.
• Coordinate closely with Head Office on PR / MRN / PO / GRN processes.
• Manage inventory control of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Engineering items, and machinery spare parts.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient stock management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Procurement, Stores, or Inventory Control within a reputed organization.
• Strong negotiation, purchasing, and supplier coordination skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems / MS Excel preferred.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player with good coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / aquaculture industry will be an added advantage.
