Junior Marketing Executive (Male/ Female)
We are a New and Growing Company engaged in Manufacturing Corrugated Cartons and Boards for the Local and Export Markets.
JOB ROLE
This is a full-time role located in Nugegoda for a Junior Marketing Executive (Male/ Female).
- Sales Strategy - Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth, focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing account management
- Customer Relationship Management – Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Team Leadership & Collaboration – Lead & Mentor Sales team, providing guidance, motivation & support to ensure individual & collective success
- Market Analysis – Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats and emerging trends in the packaging industry
- Sales Forecasting - Monitor sales performances and analyze sales data to forecast future trends & make informed business decisions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male / Female between the ages 20 - 25 Years
- Passed G. C. E O/L & 1 - 2 Years of Experience in Sales & Marketing
- A Smart & Outgoing personality
- Be Computer Literate
- Part qualification CIM/SLIM is preferred
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Sinhala
- Ability to work independently as a part of a team
- Self Motivated with results-driven approach
- Residing in close proximity to the company would be an advantage
REQUIREMENTS
- A Valid Riding License / Motorbike is Preferred for Males
- School Leavers are also encouraged to apply as “Trainee Marketing Executives”
