PROJECT COORDINATOR (MALE / FEMALE)
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in a similar position
- Civil or QS qualified or equivalent (BSc/HND/NDI/NTD/ITI)
- Previous hands on experience and expertise fields should be Housing project, Renovation work and MEP
- Age below 45 Years
- Preference will be given to candidate residing in Colombo & suburbs
TECHNICAL OFFICER - MALE
Requirements & Skills
- Civil NCT/HND/HNDE or Equal
- Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in civil projects (Specially Housing project)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Age below 45 Years
Key performance
- Project related all administrative documentation
- Monitoring day today project progress and performance
- Report regularly to senior management on project status
- Handling sub-contractor and documentation
- Handling project progressive report
- Drawing CAD/SketchUp
- Monitoring & Coordinate with technical team
